1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope
Section 01By accessing the ScaleDetail Fieldbook platform, consulting our technical databases, or interfacing with the Silhouette Studio workflows, you unreservedly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you represent an organization or production studio, you warrant that you maintain sufficient authority to bind that entity to this framework.
These terms govern every field record, mathematical scaling algorithm, SVG export script, and dimensional blueprint distributed across our domains. If you disagree with any portion of these specifications, you must cease system operation and asset consumption immediately.
2. Studio Licensing & Intellectual Property
Section 02All original vector matrices, micro-blade path geometries, calculation methodologies, documentation guides, and interface layouts remain the exclusive intellectual property of ScaleDetail Fieldbook and its licensors.
- Permitted Deployment: You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to implement generated scaling offsets and export vectors strictly for approved prototyping and production purposes.
- Prohibited Redistribution: You may not repackage, re-license, reverse-engineer, or resell raw parametric node libraries or calibration field algorithms as standalone commercial libraries.
- Attribution Integrity: Metadata tags and technical attribution watermarks embedded in reference scripts must remain intact during archival storage.
3. Dimensional Tolerances & Calibration
Section 03ScaleDetail Fieldbook delivers precision-oriented guidance intended for digital fabrication and scaled reproduction. However, physical materials exhibit localized variance due to thermal expansion, substrate elasticity, kerf width, and blade degradation.
The end user retains sole responsibility for physical test cuts, laser kerf adjustments, and tactile caliper verification prior to initiating mass runs. We do not warrant that our mathematical models will eliminate physical cutter drift across non-calibrated plotters or uncontrolled workshop environments.
4. Permissible System Conduct
Section 04When interfacing with our online services, vector repositories, or technical modules, you expressly agree to refrain from:
- Executing high-frequency automated scraping scripts, denial-of-service simulations, or unauthorized crawler indexing against dynamic conversion endpoints.
- Injecting hostile payloads, corrupted vector schemas, or malformed XML structures into our parsing utilities.
- Bypassing regional rate limits or token barriers configured to preserve infrastructure bandwidth.
5. Limitation of Liability
Section 05To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ScaleDetail Fieldbook and its engineering associates disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding commercial merchantability or fitness for a specialized manufacturing purpose.
Under no circumstance shall our team be held liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from wasted fabrication media, ruined cutting mats, mechanical equipment failure, or unfulfilled production deadlines. For full structural guarantees, reference our formal advisory disclosures.
6. Termination, Jurisdiction & Inquiries
Section 06We reserve the right to suspend or restrict interface permissions without advance notification if any clause outlined in this document is materially breached. Governing law shall correspond to the technical registration jurisdiction of ScaleDetail Fieldbook, irrespective of conflict-of-law principles.
For inquiries regarding tailored corporate licensing, customized tolerance clearances, or legal clarification regarding your studio pipeline, submit a formal dispatch through our established communication channels.
